Shane Diller is an ICC/AACE Certified Code Enforcement Administrator with over twenty years in local government management. He is a CALBO Past President, former CALBO Training Institute (CTI) Commissioner, and has been teaching for CALBO and at community college since 2011. Shane’s accolades include having been named the CTI Educator of the Year; Building Official of the Year by the California Fire Prevention Officers, and receiving the CTI Course Development Merit Award. Shane holds a doctorate in public administration and has collaborated on research projects focused on improving effective code enforcement and crime prevention strategies with the University of Texas.
